The Android app
Last updated: 10 October 2026
BotPebble: Robot Lab is a game for children. We built it so that it collects nothing.
What we collect: nothing. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no advertising, no analytics and no in-app purchases.
Internet: the app does not connect to the internet and requests no Android permissions.
What stays on the device: game progress (stars, unlocked robot bodies, the robots and programs a child made and sound settings) is saved in a small file in the app's own storage on the device. The app turns off Android cloud backup, so this file is not uploaded anywhere. It is deleted when the app is uninstalled. (If you move to a new phone with a cable or Android's direct device-to-device transfer, Android may copy it straight to your new phone.)
Third parties: none. No third-party SDKs that collect data are included.
Children: because nothing is collected, there is no personal information from children to access, change or delete. Parents can remove all saved progress by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in Android settings.
Changes: if this ever changes, we will update this page before releasing the new version.

This marketing website has no analytics scripts, advertising, tracking cookies, accounts or sign-up forms. The interactive demo runs in your browser; its instructions are not sent to our server or saved between visits.
Like other web servers, this site's server keeps technical request logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, browser information and the request time. These are used to operate and troubleshoot the website. The app itself remains offline and does not send gameplay data to this website.
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send. Please have a grown-up contact us and avoid sending children's names, photos or other personal information.
